My visits to Niels were succesful in August 2010, where I took part in the World Cup in Holland. I was taught to believe in myself, to control my thoughts and to stay focused when things mattered.
Additionally, I became much more self-confident, which meant that, not only did I dream of being in the finals, I started to dream of medals.
Niels deserves a lot of praise and gratitude from me. He certainly has a share in the fact that I won 2 bronze medals – medals that I was dreaming of winning thanks to the tools he gave me.

All in all Niels fully lived up to our expectations for the relatively short presentation about a big subject and we were very pleased with the presentation.
The idea was to provide the leaders of the company with an short and overall presentation on:

- what factors are important for a life in balance
- the difference between being busy and being stressed. It was great to have this thrown into relief.
All in all Niels fully lived up to our expectations for the relatively short presentation about a big subject and we were very pleased with the presentation.

Niels is very present in his apperance and at the same time also professional in his presentation of psycological problems and challenges. He gave offered some qualified suggestions of tools that could the participants of his talk could use to solve the problems and challenges they might have.
He challenged the participants in a positive and engaging manner while still providiing inspiration for them to rethink and revise their own perceptions of their problems.
It is very clear from Niels' apperance that he has a great professional ballast and can explain psycological problematics in a simple and useful way to the participants.

In 2022, we decided to give our son the opportunity to elevate his athletic ambitions to a higher level.
We therefore looked for someone who could help Noah create a connection between the sport he loves and his school, friends, and more.
The choice fell on Niels, not only because he had strong credentials as a mental trainer but also because he had an in-depth knowledge of golf, training with children and young people, and a profound understanding of what it means to be an elite athlete.
On the athletic front, Niels provided Noah with concrete tools that helped him understand the elements required to generate sporting results, including concepts like knowing "when you're on" and "when you're not."
Some of these elements include general planning, taking responsibility for one's own preparations, shifting thought patterns to be constructive on the golf course, structuring the training process, emotional control, and employing positive thoughts, planning training for tournaments, and more.
Overall, the combination of mental training along with physical training, sensible nutritional habits, and many hours on the golf course have given Noah a fundamental understanding that golf is more than just practicing different strokes. It's a combination of various elements that together create stability and will elevate his golf game in the future.
Another equally important aspect is his daily life.
Noah has become much better at not procrastinating. He has improved his ability to structure his schoolwork compared to before. He's become better at sitting down and getting tasks done instead of pushing them aside.
Noah is now more aware of the "tasks" (training, homework, etc.) he has in a day and contributes to creating a calendar for the entire week. If there's something that hasn't been done "on time," he's become quite good at coming forward and saying, "I know I haven't done XX yet, but I will."
The calendar has also given Noah an overview of when he's "working" and when he has free time. This way, it's easier for him to manage his daily life and put an effort into either training or school because he knows when he can relax or play computer games with his friends.
Niels possesses excellent personal qualities for working with children and young people. This has meant that very early in the process, Noah had great confidence in what Niels could assist with and what he could change for the better. Their collaboration has been characterized by trust and a desire to explore new possibilities, all with the goal of performing better.
We would like to give our highest recommendations for Niels as a mental trainer for other athletes.
