My vision

The baseline of every successful mental training process is a good chemistry between the athlete and the mental training coach.

The mental trainer has to be clear and precise in the messages they convey to the athlete.

Mental training has to work with items that are close to realistic situations, both when it comes to regular training and competition.
​To know that I can perform when it really matters, I have to test my skills in situations that are as close to the real deal as possible.
